Webmaster Don Leitch has designed a cruise sign-up procedure that will enable members to sign up for future cruises without having to visit the club.  Those members that do not have internet access may still visit the CHYC office to sign up and will not be placed at a disadvantage.

The process is as follows:

• Cruises will be shown on the website and members will be permitted to sign up.
• Members will go to the sign-up page on the website for the desired cruise and will enter personal and boat information in the blanks.  Their sign-up will be automatically time-stamped, and an email with their information will automatically be sent to the Fleet Captain.  Members will be able to view other sign-ups to that cruise.
• Those members who do not have internet access, or feel uncomfortable signing up on line, may go to the club office and have office staff sign up for them on line.  No paper sign-up list will be maintained at the office.
